We have upgraded Google Image Search Widget to version 2. You may be wondering about how some of the new features work, such as automatic updating. The automatic updating code is very simple, it checks the Anomaly Industries servers to see if a new version is available, and if it is, the widget will display a download link where you can get the new version. We decided to implement this feature because Google will occasionally add new features, and we want the widget to take full advantage of these features.

If your widget isn't working, close it and then reopen it from the Dashboard widget list. This will ensure it checks for an update. Please also make sure you have version 2. If you are unsure what version 2 looks like, check out this Screen Shot. If your widget is white, you have the older version, please download the new version from the Small Apps page.
